• Fingerprinting assistance and scheduling
• Regulatory information and process guidance
• Ongoing support throughout the application process

What We Do NOT Do

• Legal Representation: We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice or representation
• Guarantee Approval: We cannot guarantee license approval - all decisions are made solely by the NYPD
• Government Affiliation: We are not affiliated with the NYPD, NYC government, or any government agency
• Fast-Track Processing: We cannot expedite or influence the NYPD's review process
• Legal Advice: We do not interpret laws or provide legal counsel on complex legal matters

No Guarantee of Approval

NO GUARANTEE: License approval is solely at the discretion of the NYPD License Division. We cannot and do not guarantee that your application will be approved. Our role is to maximize your chances of success by ensuring your application is complete, accurate, and properly submitted.

Government Independence

4. Client Responsibilities

Truthful Information

You are solely responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful information. You understand that:

• Providing false information on a gun license application is a criminal offense
• You will review all application information before submission
• You are ultimately responsible for the accuracy of your application
• We rely on the information you provide and cannot verify its accuracy

Authorization and Consent

By engaging our services, you authorize us to:

• Create and access your NYPD licensing portal account on your behalf
• Input your information into the online application system
• Submit your completed application to the NYPD
• Communicate with training providers and fingerprinting services
• Handle your personal documents as outlined in our Privacy Policy

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

Service Fee

• Complete Service: $500 (one-time fee)
• Payment is due upon engagement of services
• Payment can be made via Square, PayPal, or other approved methods
• All fees are in US Dollars

Additional Costs

Our fee does not include:

• NYPD application fees (paid directly to NYPD)
• Training course fees (paid directly to training provider)
• Fingerprinting fees (paid directly to fingerprinting service)
• Document copying or notarization fees

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if we cannot help you move forward with your application due to our inability to provide the promised services.

Refund Conditions

Refunds are available if:

• We determine we cannot provide the services as described
• We fail to complete your application within reasonable timeframes
• Technical issues prevent us from accessing the NYPD system

Refunds are NOT available for:

• NYPD denial of your application (approval is not guaranteed)
• Your failure to provide required documents or information
• Your ineligibility for a NYC concealed carry license
• Changes in NYC laws or regulations affecting your application
• Delays caused by the NYPD or government agencies

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services ($500). We are not liable for:

• NYPD decisions regarding your application
• Delays in the government review process
• Changes in laws or regulations
• Consequential or indirect damages
• Lost time, opportunity costs, or other intangible losses

8. Data Handling and Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using our services, you consent to our collection, use, and protection of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your personal information and application details. We will not disclose your information except:

• As necessary to provide our services
• With your explicit written consent
• As required by law or court order
• To protect our legal rights or safety

10. Termination of Services

Client Termination

You may terminate our services at any time by written notice. Refunds will be provided according to our refund policy.

Our Termination Rights

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• You provide false or misleading information
• You fail to pay agreed fees
• You become ineligible for a NYC concealed carry license
• You violate these Terms of Service

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by New York State law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith communication first, followed by mediation if necessary, and finally through New York State courts if required.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. We will notify clients of significant changes by posting updated terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
